The Simpler, Faster and Smarter Way to Fax Broadcast With an emphasis on everyday usability and speed, our broadcast fax software receives high marks from customers looking for unlimited mail-merge capabilities, flexible scheduling options, automatic de-duplication to purge identical records and state-of-the-art “Do Not Fax” list management. With the ability to support multiple T1s on a single server, our broadcasting solutions boast a full line of digital fax hardware options.
Problem: E-mail has reached a near saturation point. It is estimated that spam represented almost half of all e-mail traffic in 2003. In May 2004, a Doubleclick study found that only 35% of legitimate business emails are opened. IDC estimates that spam costs a firm with 5,000 employees $4.1 million in wasted productivity and IT support. People are tuning out most e-mail, even the ones they opted into.
Solution: Fax remains a tried and true communication medium. Now more than ever faxes are getting noticed. Fax broadcasting gives you a very effective ongoing communication tool with your customers and prospects. The results are worth the effort.
Personalize Documents with Mail Merge
Set-up fax broadcasts from a Microsoft Word document using Word's Mail Merge feature to incorporate personal information for each recipient.
High Marks in Scalability & Transmission Speed (read the Slashing Fax Charges Whitepaper
The server has been designed with scalability in mind, giving it the ability to support growth efficiently and economically. Start with 2 ports or multiple T1s. Our broadcast fax software line includes support for V.34 and JBIG document compression. These technologies provide users with unprecedented performance increases in fax transmission time as well as significant cost savings on phone charges - anywhere from 20-80%.
Flexible Message Scheduling
A sophisticated Schedule menu allows you to send broadcast fax blasts immediately, or schedule them to start at a later date and time. And because it is browser-based you can set-up, schedule and monitor jobs virtually anywhere and anytime. Graphically select times when fax broadcasts should and should not be allowed. Set the hours of a 24-hour period when your fax broadcast should be active or select the hours of the day when you DO NOT want the broadcast to go out. The server will auto-pause during the “blocked” time and auto-resume at the specified hour. This is useful if you wish to send broadcast fax only during daytime hours but don't want to hassle with manually pausing the server during evening or early morning hours.
Track Activity with Advanced Reporting Tools
Export a range of data to spreadsheets, databases and other report generators to easily build your own report. Make analyzing fax data simple by tracking sent and/or received faxes, sent faxes sorted by billing codes, transmission histories and more.
An Automated OptIn/OptOut Solution

Provides Self-Serve Fax OptIn or OptOut IVR Tool
Offers a cost-effective, easy OptIn or OptOut mechanism for anyone receiving fax communications from your organization on a 24 x7 basis. FaxBack’s IVR technology helps companies implement consent to fax responsibly – freeing valuable time from employees who would manually have to handle these requests and building a consent to fax list that complies with FCC Do Not Fax rule.
Infinitely Scalable
Consensual Fax scales to support as many calls as you anticipate. Whether you are sending a dozen or hundreds of thousands faxes, the system has been designed with scalability in mind, giving it the ability to support growth efficiently and economically.
Eliminates the “Human Error” Factor
The fax server automatically records fax numbers entered into Microsoft Access or an SQL database for quick retrieval – eliminating the need for staff members to manually handle these requests. This process dispenses with the “human error” factor that can occur when numbers are written down incorrectly.
Demonstrates your Organization Cares about User Rights
Do your part to stop junk fax! Faxing documents without first obtaining consent to fax will not only cast your organization in an unfavorable light, it may also subject your company to potential FCC enforcement and fines. By adding a fax OptOut notice on faxes you are demonstrating that as an organization you care about user rights and comply with the FCC Do Not Fax rule.
