MANAGEMENT

From pioneering to standard-setting, FaxBack’s focus on taking fax into the twenty-first century stems from its management team, all of whom have been deeply involved in the fax industry with nearly 90 years of combined expertise.

Art King – Co-Founder and President
Prior to founding FaxBack, Art spent nearly a decade at Intel, where he managed an Intel Customer Support Group and developed the first automated fax-on-demand delivery system. In 1988 Intel FaxBack was launched to help Intel customers answer their own questions without taking time away from the Customer Support Group. Within a short span many of Intel’s customers began requesting fax-on-demand technology for their own applications. In 1990 Art founded FaxBack, Inc., an Intel spin-off that has gone forward to develop award-winning automated document delivery systems. Today, FaxBack’s fax-on-demand customers include a host of blue chip companies. Art regularly conducts roundtable product sessions with FaxBack’s customers, as well as bi-monthly webinars. Art holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Walla Walla College and an MBA from Duke University.

Mike Oliszewski – Co-Founder and CTO
Mike founded Instant Information, Inc. in 1983, the entity that created NET SatisFAXtion for Intel. Oliszewski and team built WinFax PRO for Networks for Delrina, which followed NET SatisFAXtion as the number one fax product for many years. Oliszewski maintained one of the longest running telecommunications contracts spanning 15 years with Western Union, ITT World Communications and AT&T and his team provided one of the first solutions to send email and fax via a service. The resulting technology was marketed in 140 countries and generated hundreds of millions of dollars. The company merged with FaxBack in 1997. Oliszewski leads all product engineering and development activities.

Quentin J. Dible – Vice President of Operations
Joining FaxBack in 1991 as a software engineer, Quentin has held several management roles during his tenure at FaxBack. Dible has helped drive development efforts with NET SatisFAXtion as well as technical specifications for OEM partnerships. Most recently Dible serves as Vice President of Operations in which he is responsible for day-to-day business operations. Prior to joining FaxBack, Quentin worked for Microsoft. He is a graduate of Walla Walla University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Greg Vaughn – Technical Services Manager
Greg came on board with FaxBack in 2004 as a Technical Support Specialist and later moved into management. Since his joining of FaxBack Greg has restructured several Technical Services to strengthen and streamline those offerings for a better overall customer experience. Before coming to FaxBack Greg held a supervisory role at Bank of America and also worked in technical support at Captaris.

Brett Williams – Director of Sales
Since joining the FaxBack sales team in 2003, Brett has played a key roll in the company’s continuous revenue growth and excellent customer service program. As Director of Sales he oversees all sales activity while managing carrier accounts and the reseller channel. Prior to joining FaxBack, Brett worked in the telecommunications industry with roles in marketing and business to business sales. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Oregon State University.
