FaxBack Opens New Corporate Headquarters
New Facility to House Customer Business Solutions Center

Tigard, Ore. - May 27, 1998 - FaxBack, Inc., pioneer of the NET SatisFAXtion fax server software line, FaxBack® brand fax-on-demand and CAS fax development technology solutions, today announced it has moved its corporate headquarters from Beaverton, Oregon to Tigard, Oregon. The company also announced plans to open a Business Solutions Center at the new location, which will provide a hands-on customer training laboratory, a state-of-the-art, fax hardware and software testing lab, and a messaging performance lab.

Because of explosive growth in development, sales, and support, FaxBack has shifted operations to three-quarters of the available office space at the Tech Center Business Development Park. Twice the size of the company's previous headquarters, the new facility houses FaxBack's corporate management as well as administration and finance, research and development, product support, training, sales and marketing departments.

According to Jim Mueller, FaxBack executive vice president, "With the acquisition of Instant Information Inc. (I3) and the re-introduction of NET SatisFAXtion last year, the new headquarters allows us to continue to expand our operations while providing a state-of-the-art customer training facility as well as the research and development labs we need.
