FaxBack Announces FAXability™
Broadcast Application
Eliminates the Complications of
Faxing Large Volumes of Personalized Documents
TIGARD, Ore. -
January 21, 2002 - FaxBack® Inc., the developer of FaxBack flagship fax-on-
demand technology and NET SatisFAXtion fax server software, today
announced the availability of FAXability Broadcast, an easy-to-use
and cost-effective browser-based solution for distributing
high-volume, personalized, business-critical documents. FAXability
Broadcast works in conjunction with the company’s widely popular fax
server, NET SatisFAXtion, to provide a total corporate solution for
network-based faxing.
“FAXability Broadcast gives people a simple tool for delivering
highly personalized faxes to many recipients, ” said Art King,
president at FaxBack, Inc. “With just a few clicks of a mouse, users
can now prepare custom mail-merge fax documents. This software is an
order of magnitude faster to use than other solutions.”
Easy-to-Use Interface
FAXability Broadcast features an intuitive, unified interface
that allows professionals of all levels of technical expertise to
send hundreds – even thousands – of faxes effortlessly. Users can
maintain total control of fax broadcast jobs by queuing multiple
broadcast jobs and then sending them simultaneously, starting and
stopping jobs on-the-fly, scheduling during off-peak hours and
resending failed or updated records. Broadcast systems are fully
scalable from 2 ports to 96 ports of fax per server.
Personalize Documents with Mail Merge
Research has long shown that customized messages are essential to
successful response rates. With FAXability Broadcast users can now
set-up fax broadcasts from a Microsoft Word document using Word’s
Mail Merge feature to incorporate personal information for each
recipient. Custom cover pages and header information can be easily
tailored with just a few simple clicks. This approach allows
organizations to create and execute highly segmented pieces while
combining the distribution power of broadcast fax with 1–on–1
communications. Audiences can be instantly reached via fax by
replacing the more time-consuming, costly and labor-intensive
methods such as direct mail and manually sending via traditional fax
machines.
Detailed Reports to Track Activity
You can choose from several built-in reports or build your own
custom report to make analyzing fax data simple. Built-in report
templates let you track sent and/or received faxes, sent faxes
sorted by billing codes, transmission histories and more. In
addition, users can export transmission histories, log details and
other useful data information to spreadsheets, databases and other
report generators.
“Do Not Fax” Database List Management
FAXability Broadcast offers recipients a hassle-free and
easy-to-maintain “opt-out” option so businesses can keep their
contact databases up-to-date with current, interested prospects. In
addition, the “Do Not Fax” voice server module lets your fax
recipients call a phone number, listen to a recorded greeting and
using their touch-tone phone keypad, type in the fax number they
wish to have removed from your database, 24x7.
Comprehensive Network Fax Capabilities
FAXability Broadcast is tightly integrated with NET SatisFAXtion,
the company’s popular network fax server, and enables organizations
to share phone lines and fax hardware while providing full fax
management across your network.
