NET SatisFAXtion Expands Integration
with
Hewlett Packard’s Digital Senders
Popular Network Fax Server Provides Users with Delivery Notifications TIGARD, Ore. -
June 28, 2004 - FaxBack® Inc., a leading developer of award-winning
network fax server software, today announced that its NET
SatisFAXtion product line has expanded integrations with Hewlett
Packard’s Digital Senders. The fax server now provides real-time
delivery notifications for scan/fax network environments. NET
SatisFAXtion’s fax server product line works directly with HP
Digital Senders to allow users to easily scan paper documents to be
sent, managed, stored or even routed using NET SatisFAXtion.
To send a fax a user simply places a document in the HP Digital
Sender and enters a fax number via the control panel or selects from
a quicklist of predefined destinations. Documents are scanned and
routed automatically to a NET SatisFAXtion fax server for instant
delivery. Upon transmission, the fax server generates and sends a
real-time delivery notification via email to the sender’s inbox.
Notifications can also be sent to a designated network printer.
Documents can be easily distributed electronically or even combined
with other scanned documents.
“We’re excited to be able to extend even more the power of network
fax to paper-based documents – especially in light of our real-time
notification delivery vehicle,” said Art King, president at FaxBack,
Inc. “What’s impressive is that many users report that they have a
NET SatisFAXtion delivery notification waiting for them in their
email inbox when they return back to their desks from sending the
fax. We’re happy to allow HP Digital Senders the ability to fax even
faster and more efficiently than ever before.”
