New Technology Pinpoint’s Fax Addresses for Integration with Business Applications
NET SatisFAXtion 7.5 incorporates new technology from Print Automation Inc. to pinpoint, locate and identify with precision, the fax address information from any printed page that contains a fax number and recipient’s name. The new technology’s locating and identifying methods, pinpoint by color or positioning, give users the ability to easily integrate with any business application while maintaining complete accuracy for addressing.

Font color on the printed page allows for a fax address to precisely located and identified. With the position locating method, the fax address information is instantly identified by its position on the printed page. Using this process does not require any changes to existing business documents. Integrating fax seamlessly into applications is now automatic and allows organizations the ability to focus on their business messaging instead the mechanics of how to send faxes.

Integrated Business Application Capabilities for ‘On-The-Fly’ Fax Addressing and Delivery

It is being provided to existing customers as an upgrade per FaxBack’s maintenance policies.
