Announces NET SatisFAXtion's Integration
with
Lexmark Multifunction Devices
Eliminates the Need for Standalone Fax Machines TIGARD, Ore. -
July 14, 2005 - FaxBack® Inc., a leading developer of award-winning
network fax server software, today announced that its NET
SatisFAXtion product line has expanded to include integrations with
Lexmarks’s multifunction devices. The Lexmark/NET
SatisFAXtion combination offers a convenient, centralized method
for capturing, archiving and distributing information.
To send a fax a user simply scans a document with the Lexmark
device, enters the fax number and their user ID, and then hits
send. Documents are automatically routed to a NET SatisFAXtion fax server for instant
delivery. Upon transmission, senders receive a
real-time delivery notification in their email inbox generated by
the fax server.
Notifications can also be sent to a designated network printer.
Paper-based documents can now be accessed, delivered and
shared in a more economical and efficient manner resulting in
increased productivity. In addition, the NET SatisFAXtion
fax server provides a wide variety of inbound routing options to
ensure mission critical documents get into the right hands in
the quickest way possible.
“Multifunction printers have filled a great need in the realm
of faxing. We’re very happy to announce our
integration with Lexmark and extend the tools and capabilities
of a network faxing solution to Lexmark MFP users,” said Art
King, president at FaxBack, Inc.
