NET SatisFAXtion service provider solutions offer a proven and reliable VoIP Fax and Fax over IP solutions that meet the rigorous demands of Service Providers. This offers significant competitive advantages including the ability to bring customers complete fax service at Voice over IP rates, while implementing an affordable and dependable Fax over IP infrastructure that really works.

Unsurpassed Reliability
Designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-density deployments, the Port Server operates on a time and industry proven T.30 fax layer, ensuring that the fax interface meets or exceeds current fax performance and reliability standards.

Unmatched High Density
The NET SatisFAXtion service provider solutions will scale up to a full DSK (672 ports) in a single system for the NET SatisFAXtion Port Server. The core engine of the NET SatisFAXtion solutions for service providers are based on the robust Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF), providing tight operating system integration and optimizing speed, reliability and scalability.

Seamless VoIP Integration
NET SatisFAXtion solutions will support any VoIP service provider media gateways that support SIP T.38 including, but not limited to the AudioCodes, Sonus, Cisco and Sentito.

Using T.38 Instead of G.711
Using T.38 instead of G.711 not only offers greater reliability, but also much higher fax system densities. T.38 can offer as much as six times the channel density, up to a full DS3 (672 ports), in a single 1U rack-mount computer system.

Licensed for Service Providers with AudioFax/Catch Curve Patent Protection
The NET SatisFAXtion service provider solutions from FaxBack are specifically licensed for service providers and also come with full AudioFax/Catch Curve patent coverage.

FaxBack offers two NET SatisFAXtion-based VoIP fax solutions for service providers:

NET SatisFAXtion Port Server
The NET SatisFAXtion Port Server is a scalable carrier-class fax server solution that facilitates secure, reliable fax messaging across the Internet. When used in conjunction with NET SatisFAXtion's SIP T.38 Microsoft Fax plug-in, it provides a framework that delivers VoIP Fax functionality to service provider subscribers.

Secure SSL Delivery
The use of SSL encryption, in combination with the T.38 real-time fax protocol, guarantees the status and legal standing required for meeting regulatory compliance mandates including HIPAA and SOX. This is especially important when faxes with private content are sent or received over the Internet for medical, financial and legal applications.

T.38 Made Friendly
The use of SSL encryption, in combination with the T.38 real-time fax protocol, guarantees the status and legal standing required for meeting regulatory compliance mandates including HIPAA and SOX.

Use Only What you Need
The Port Server integrates with existing VoIP infrastructures so that important features such as client billing structures, user authentication and database integration are not duplicated and do not require dual maintenance or synchronization. Scalable SQL storage of all fax transaction data is available for required applications.

Lower Network Traffic
Faxing with T.38, especially over the Internet, can add substantial cost with it's high network traffic usage. Using the HTTPS protocol, the Port Server can reduce network traffic up to 80% over direct point-to-point T.38 transmissions, while still supporting up to a full DS3 (672 ports) per 1U rack-mount system and allowing for high-density.

Integration Over the Internet
The NET SatisFAXtion Port Server allows for fax clients and premise-based fax servers to integrate over the Internet with a VoIP providers connection to the PSTN.

Microsoft Fax Client SIP T.38 Plug-in
With NET SatisFAXtion's plug-in for the Microsoft Fax Client, VoIP service providers can offer easy, reliable and secure client-side faxing to their subscriber base, enabling users to easily send and receive faxes from their computer workstation.

SDK with Extensive API
The NET SatisFAXtion Port Server includes a SIP T.38 SDK that enterprise and VoIP service providers can use to build complete fax solutions and integrate reliable and secure VoIP Fax features into their VoIP network, using existing backend connections to the PSTN or other VoIP carriers.
