Customers who have
purchased a support plan for a FaxBack product can stay current
with the latest features and functionality by visiting our
Update Center. There
you'll find downloads of NET SatisFAXtion software and patches,
as well as product information and administration guides.
Before Downloading
In order to access the Update Center, you will need to have your
Server ID. If you
have a currently operating NET SatisFAXtion server, you can
determine your Server ID from there. Please see our
documentation on Finding your Server ID.If you have a
NET SatisFAXtion server, and do not know your Server ID, please
call 800-329-2225, Select 5350 for sales or email
info@faxback.com.
